Jason Palasota, a dedicated professional in the field of clinical research, began his career as a site coordinator at Cetero Research. His experience there fueled a deep respect for the industry and a commitment to improving patient-focused clinical research services. Progressing through roles in proposal development, inside and external business development at notable organizations like Worldwide Clinical Trials, ResearchPoint Global, and IQVIA, Jason developed a keen understanding of the industry's challenges, particularly in relationship and communication gaps. Determined to address these issues, Jason founded Clinitiative Health Research, aiming to bridge the divide between clinical research sites and sponsors/CROs through strong partnerships. His leadership and vision have been pivotal in Clinitiative's rapid growth and success. Under Jason's guidance, the organization has significantly impacted the clinical trials landscape, evident in his conference speaking engagements, high client satisfaction rates, and initiatives focused on patient diversity in trials. Jason's passion and commitment have not only transformed Clinitiative into a leading organization in its field but also demonstrated his unwavering dedication to enhancing healthcare solutions globally.

An experienced site director passionate about using her knowledge and leadership skills to help others build and run successful clinical trial sites.  Jenny began her career in healthcare in 2008 as a medical assistant in colorectal surgery.  She began pursuing higher education through Texas Tech University and the University of Phoenix, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2015.  During this time, Jenny became a practice manager for John A. Whitfield, MD, helping to create and run a women’s health clinical trial site (Signature Gyn Services).  As the site director, she was responsible for every aspect of business development at the clinical research site level.  She brings this experience to Clinitiative Health Research, helping ensure that sites will flourish and reach a new apex in the healthcare industry.

Darian Trojacek is an experienced clinical research professional with a passion to facilitate clinical trial productivity and efficiency. She desires to see more patients receive treatment and medical innovations advance. Darian began her research career working in an academic setting, where she had the privilege to participate in study design, data acquisition, and published multiple manuscripts and abstracts. From here, she pursued a coordinator position at a site, where she was able to attain selection as the clinical research manager. She has worked on dozens of clinical trials for many different sponsors in a variety of therapeutic areas. Because of this, she has intimate knowledge of the complete clinical trial process from start up to close out. With this experience, Darian provides knowledgeable guidance to sites and sponsors to help move awards forward.
